New Design Manual 2024

We are pleased to announce that the new Water and Sewer Design and Construction Standards (a.k.a. “Design Manual”) has now been launched and available for use here.

 

You can still access the “Legacy” Design Manual using the link at the bottom of this page.

 

The New Design Manual is available to download in its entirety as one large pdf, or by each chapter’s subchapter.

 

Larger chapters like Water (chapter 10) and Gravity Sewer (Chapter 11) have a “Design”, “Specifications” and “Details” subchapters. The detail drawings are available by chapter as one pdf - or individually. A list of the details showing the old versus new numbers is provided.

 

The New Design Manual may be used immediately and will be fully enforced February 1st, 2025.
