Fiscal Year 2025 (FY2025) User Fees

City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY2025) user fees for the development services groups of General Services, Planning, Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT), Fire, Charlotte and Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS). The 2025 Fiscal Year begins on July 1, 2024. The user fee schedules for bond administration, commercial, plat and subdivision reviews are provided below:
