The City of Charlotte launched a Strategic Progress Tracker to measure progress on key priorities established during City Council’s 2024 Annual Strategy Meeting. This innovative tool will enhance accountability and visibility in the city's efforts to achieve its goals.

The tracker will be updated bi-annually and monitor progress across five strategic priority areas:

  3. Transportation and Planning.
  4. Well-Managed Government.
