We would like to extend a big “Thank you” to LCCU (Latino Community Credit Union). They spent a Sunday along Little Sugar Creek and removed 15 bags of trash from the water and stream bank. This cleanup was a way for the LCCU to celebrate National Caribbean Heritage Month by honoring the Caribbean’s culture of preserving the planet. Thank you for helping us preserve the precious waters of Charlotte-Mecklenburg!
