​Pay bills and purchase

​If you have received an invoice from the Charlotte Alarm Management Services and wish to pay the balance, please choose one of the three payment options on this page.

​All dogs, cats and ferrets four months and older residing in Charlotte, Mint Hill, Pineville and the unincorporated areas of Mecklenburg County must be licensed annually.

​A license is required inside the City Limits of Charlotte when having a garage sale or attic sale (commonly known as yard sale).

​The Privilege License Tax has been repealed in North Carolina, effective July 1, 2015.  As a result, no privilege license renewal applications will be mailed.

​Adult grave spaces are available for sale at three of the City Cemeteries: Evergreen, Oaklawn, and North Pinewood. Monument and non-monument spaces and in-ground cremain spaces are available at Evergreen and Oaklawn.

​Familiarize yourself with the LYNX Blue Line map and schedule to determine which station is closest to you. Decide what time and which station you will need to catch the train to reach your destination. Many of CATS bus routes provide service to the LYNX Blue Line for easy access to stations. Purchase a pass or ticket that best meets your needs.

Charlotte parking tickets can be paid online or by one of the traditional methods. Payments will be accepted through a secure server, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
