Section 6.207 Alterations to Approval

The Administrative Amendment process allows a change to an approved conditional rezoning as prescribed by the Zoning Ordinance Section 6.207 Alterations to Approval.

Administrative Amendment Electronic Document Review (EDR)

As of July 1, 2015, the City of Charlotte Planning Department will require the electronic submission of all Administrative Amendment requests to a conditional rezoning via the Accela Citizen Access (ACA) portal.

To submit and track administrative amendments electronically you must Register for an ACA Account.  However, you do not have to register for an account to view permit activity.
