Administrative Amendment Electronic Document Review (EDR)
July 1, 2015, the City of Charlotte Planning Department will require the electronic submission of all Administrative Amendment requests to a conditional rezoning via the
Accela Citizen Access (ACA) portal.
To submit and track administrative amendments electronically you must
Register for an ACA Account. However, you do not have to register for an account to view permit activity.

September 25, 2019
This letter serves as notification that on September 25, 2019 an administrative amendment was submitted for the property illustrated and described below.

Acreage & Location: Approximately 13.07 acres located on the northeast corner of South
Tryon Street and West Tyvola Road.
The amendment seeks a change to the approved Rezoning Petition to modify the approved site layout, in accordance with Chapter 6 Section 6.207 of the City of Charlotte Zoning Ordinance.
“Adjacent property owners within 100’ (exclusive of rights-of-way) have the right to file an appeal with the Planning Director or designee within 21 days from the date of the written notification.”
