CATS to Hold Public Workshops in Pineville and Ballantyne for Future of Rapid Transit  


CATS is taking a fresh look at transit opportunities in the Pineville and Ballantyne and is seeking public input on transit goals, constraints, and opportunities in the South Charlotte corridor. CATS will engage residents in Pineville and Ballantyne area through three phases of public outreach to better understand the most effective rapid transit modes and alignment. 

Information presented at each round of public outreach will be different. Citizens who can’t attend a meeting can visit ridetransit.org or call 704-336-7433(RIDE) to share your input. 


Round 1: Kick-off
This round of public meetings will introduce the study to the communities, present overall goals and collect baseline feedback.
