CIAA TOURNAMENT SERVICE
EFFECTIVE Thursday, February 28 – Saturday, March 2, 2019 beginning at 11a each day
All Local Routes Traveling to the Charlotte Transportation Center
During the CIAA Basketball Tournament, CATS bus routes will operate on its regular schedule; However, CATS local bus routes will operate on a detour in Uptown Charlotte during portions of the CIAA events.
Beginning at 11a each day from Thursday, February 28, 2019 to Saturday, March 2, 2019, CATS bus routes will NOT pick up in the following areas:
- College St between Stonewall St & 11th St
- Trade St between Church St & Brevard St .
Customers in the affected areas are encouraged to access bus routes at the Charlotte Transportation Center. For more information, please contact 704-336-7433 (336-RIDE).
Uptown traffic congestion is expected to be significant during CIAA activities. Your patience is appreciated.
