Mr. Steckbeck was last seen at his apartment in Charlotte on March 9, 2023, in the 1100 block of Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, NC. Family and friends of Mr. Steckbeck are concerned for his safety. Steckbeck is known to frequent parkways and overlooks in Boone, the Watauga, Mitchell, and Avery county areas, and the Roan Mountain, TN area.
He could possibly be wearing a khaki jacket along with gray Dr. Marten boots. Steckbeck is believed to be operating a 2010 gold Toyota Camry displaying NC tag#: ZTB-8269.
