Independence Blvd in response to a 911 call regarding a crash involving a motor vehicle which had struck a pedestrian. Upon their arrival, the officers located a 2000 Ford Focus and the pedestrian that had been involved in a crash. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene by MEDIC.
