Temporary CATS Bus Detours – Routes 9 and 17
The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will temporarily adjust the following routes due to a water line repair being done by Charlotte Water.
Routes: 9 and 17
- Where: Central Avenue between Hawthorne Lane and The Plaza
- When: Feb. 7 at 9 a.m. until further notice
- Outbound stops missed: 05100, 05120 and 05170
- Inbound stops missed: 05180, 05130 and 05070
- To access the Route 9 inbound, use stops along Central Avenue near Nadina Street and Louise Avenue. For the outbound direction, use stops along Central Avenue near Oakland Avenue and Nadina Street.
- To access the Route 17 inbound, use the stop on The Plaza near McClintock Road and The Plaza and the stop on Central Avenue near Louise Avenue. For the outbound direction, use the stop on Central Avenue near Oakland Avenue and the stop on The Plaza near McClintock Road.
