City of Charlotte offices closed for Veterans Day 2019

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Nov. 6, 2019) – City of Charlotte offices will close Monday, Nov. 11, in observance of the Veterans Day holiday. City services will return to regular operating hours on Tuesday, Nov. 12.

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will operate buses and trains according to regular schedules. The CATS Pass Sales and Information Office and Call Center will be closed.

Solid Waste Services will be operating on normal business hours, with curbside collection continuing as regularly scheduled.

Outside regular business hours, CharMeck 311 callers can report water, sewer, stormwater and animal issues via an automated service that dispatches assistance. Residents can also submit service requests online or access dozens of city services by downloading the CLT+ mobile app. Please call 911 for any emergencies.
