CATS to Seek Public Input on the LYNX Silver Line Alignment

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 1, Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) will host public meetings for the LYNX Silver Line light rail to present potential alignment and station changes in the Bojangles Coliseum area and in and around Center City Charlotte. Interested community members are encouraged to attend a meeting and provide feedback through a survey by Nov. 17. Survey participants can be entered for a chance to win one of five $100 Visa gift cards.

  • Live Virtual Public Meeting: Tuesday, Nov. 1, 5:30 p.m.
  • Live Virtual Public Meeting: Wednesday, Nov. 2, noon
  • Online Open House: Nov. 1-17

Each live virtual public meeting will feature the same presentation followed by a question-and-answer session. The meetings will be streamed via CATS' YouTube page. A phone number will be provided for those who wish to call in. The recorded meetings will be available on CATS' website and YouTube following each meeting.
