CATS to Adjust Pass Sales and Call Center Service Hours
Beginning March 1, 2023, CATS' Pass Sales and Call Center will adjust their weekly service hours.
The Pass Sales office located at the Charlotte Transportation Center will operate during the following hours:
- Monday through Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 12: 00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The Call Center will operate during the following hours:
- Monday through Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
