10-Ride Express Plus Ticket Error
Due to a printing error, physical 10-ride Express Plus tickets in circulation are being read by the farebox as costing the incorrect price. As a result, an operator may request $1.40 to cover the remainder of the fare. If you purchased a 10-ride Express Plus ticket, you are not required to pay any additional fee for your fare. CATS apologizes for this inconvenience, and we are working diligently to resolve this issue.
