CLT+

Download the new CLT+ app for your phone, available for free for both iPhone and Android users. CLT+ allows you to quickly access more than 20 common city service requests.

Live support chat

The city's website, Charlottenc.gov, features a live support chat feature in the bottom right hand corner of the home page where you can contact CharMeck 311 staff directly.

Online service request

The city's Online Service request feature allows you to select the city service you want, submit a request and receive a tracking number as staff follows up.

Charlotte Water

In-person payment counters are closed at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center and West Service Center effective March 18, 2020. The drive-thru payment center on 600 East Trade St. will remain open and the drop boxes at 600 East 4th St. will be available for customers to make payments. You can also make payments online.
