Chime Solutions announced today that it will expand its operations in Charlotte and will hire 400 employees by early October and 1,000 by the end of 2020.

Chime Solutions, a minority-owned, family business, positions its job opportunities as a pathway for upward mobility and fosters a company culture that empowers its employees through career development and workplace initiatives that improve overall quality of life.

“Charlotte is a perfect fit for our growing business,” said Mark Wilson, CEO of Chime Solutions. “We are looking forward to contributing to the Charlotte community and helping our employees thrive through our people-first culture, entrepreneurial-growth mindset and community-centered initiatives.”

Chime Solutions is the latest company to announce its expansion into the Charlotte market. Earlier this month, announced it has opened a Charlotte office and plans to hire 1,000 employees within five years.

“Charlotte is committed to upward mobility and creating opportunities for everyone,” said Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles. “We welcome Chime Solutions as it takes real steps toward achieving our shared goals for the community.”
