Charlotte Land Development Standards Manual Revised - January 31, 2019

The Charlotte Land Development Standards Manual (CLDSM) committee has completed Revision No. 18 to the manual.  It is effective as of Thursday, January 31 2019.

Fiscal Year 2019 User Fees

City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2019 (FY19) user fees for the development services groups of Engineering Land Development, Planning, CDOT and Charlotte Water. Click here to view the FY19 User Fee Schedule. 

Plans submitted to Development Services for the initial review must pass the gateway review by 5:00pm on Friday, June 29th to be eligible to remain at the FY18 fee schedule.
