As part of the Gartner Report to improve the delivery of Development Planning, Permitting and Inspection services, Ed Gagnon of Customer Service Solutions met with staff and the development community to gather input and brainstorm on ways to improve our services. During these meetings, staff and the development community collaborated to establish a listing of staff responsibilities, customer responsibilities and shared responsibilities.
