Public's Assistance Requested in Missing Person Investigation

Charlotte, N.C. – (Monday, May 27, 2024) – Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Missing Person Unit are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 90-year-old Gorden Bryant Lewis.

Mr. Lewis was last seen driving a silver 2010 Chevy Silverado with North Carolina license plate HHB-7398 (pictured below).  Mr. Lewis’ vehicle was last observed in Charleston County, South Carolina around 7:55 p.m. this evening. Mr. Lewis suffers from a cognitive impairment and family members are concerned for his safety and are seeking information on his whereabouts.

Anyone with information on Lewis’ whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
