Public's Assistance Requested in Missing Person Investigation

Charlotte, N.C. – (Friday, October 11, 2024) – Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are requesting the public’s assistance in locating E’shaunia Thompson, 15.

E’shaunia was last seen at The Dumpling Lady in Optimist Hall in the 1100 block of North Brevard Street on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.

Ms. Thompson reportedly experienced an injury to her arm while at the location and it is unknown if she sought medical treatment.  Her family is concerned about her well-being.

She was last seen wearing a black shirt, checkered flannel pajama pants, crocs and carrying a black bag.  She has been known to travel around the city on the LYNX and CATS transit systems.

Anyone with information Ms. Thompson’s whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
