Update: Public's Assistance Requested in Missing Person Investigation

Charlotte, N.C. – (Tuesday, June 11, 2024) – This morning, detectives with CMPD’s Missing Persons Unit located Mr. Litaker walking down Monroe Road. As a precaution Mr. Litaker was evaluated by MEDIC, but was otherwise unharmed.

Public's Assistance Requested in Missing Person Investigation

Charlotte, N.C. – (Monday, June 10, 2024) – Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 18-year-old Dubai Leroy Litaker.

On Monday, June 10, 2024, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Mr. Litaker walked off from an appointment that he was at with his family.  He is believed to be on foot.  Mr. Litaker was last seen wearing a royal blue t-shirt with a black Under Armour logo, blue jean shorts and black gym shoes.

Mr. Litaker has Autism; however, he is verbal.

Anyone with information on Mr. Litaker’s whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
