Case Update: Missing Person Investigation

Charlotte, N.C. – (Wednesday, November 27, 2024) – The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department wants to thank the public for their assistance. The missing person was located and has been reunited with their family.

Charlotte, N.C. – (Tuesday, November 26, 2024) – The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Missing Persons Unit is conducting an investigation into the disappearance of an eleven-year-old female, Elisa Oziah Moore.  The call for service came in at 7:19 A.M. on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

Ms. Moore was last seen leaving her residence on Gold Pan Rd on foot around 3 a.m. She is 5’2” 200 lbs and was last seen wearing light-colored pants and jacket with white crocs. She is carrying a pink and black backpack with the writing “Justice” on it.

Ms. Moore’s family is very concerned for her safety and well-being.

Anyone who sees or has information about Ms. Moore is asked to call 911 immediately.
