Placemaking Program

Placemaking Projects

The City of Charlotte’s Placemaking Program is launching in 2018 with completion of a City-led placemaking project in each of the seven council districts. Each project is working with the community to ensure that every placemaking intervention reflects their vision. The program is also testing existing Placemaking Hub processes, or helping to create new ones to allow placemaking to be more accessible to neighborhoods. Check out each project below and stay tuned for their completion by the end of 2019!
