The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is evaluating two design options to integrate a redeveloped Charlotte Transportation Center (CTC) into a mixed-use development through a public-private partnership. Throughout the month of October, CATS has been engaging the community through meetings at the CTC, as well as in-person and virtual public meetings.
