Riding Para-Transit

Beginning Monday, June 8, 2020, CATS will end free rides on all services. STS customers will need a STS monthly pass or STS yellow ticket to ride.  If you have an April monthly pass, please visit the transit center to exchange it. Exchanges can be made until July 31, 2020.

Welcome to CATS new trip scheduling system for customers certified to ride CATS Special Transportation Service (STS). It’s easy, convenient, and allows you to schedule and cancel trips without waiting for the next available customer service representative. STS riders can schedule their trip, cancel a trip, or review your scheduled trips by simply using your touch-tone phone or personal computer. Before you make your reservation here’s a few guidelines to get you started:

  • Whether you choose to use your phone or personal computer, you must have your STS Certification Number to begin the scheduling process.
  • New reservations can be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and can be made between 24 hours and 5 days in advance.
  • Trip cancellation, trip confirmation or trip schedules can be reviewed on the phone or the web at anytime, day or night.
