CATS' Public & Community Relations Staff want to respond promptly and completely to news media inquiries. Above all, we want to ensure that the information is accurate.
If you are a member of the news media and have an inquiry concerning any CATS programs and services, and filming requests, please contact the Manager of Public Relations at

Filming at CATS
For your safety, please always contact CATS Media Line prior to filming on or near a rail station platform or bus stop.

Rider’s Alerts
CATS strives to stay on schedule but there are times when service disruptions may occur due to inclement weather, road construction or track work.
When those service impacts occur, we will activate our web alert system informing you of any service delays and post regular updates regarding CATS services.
We encourage you to subscribe to our Rider’s Alert service. To do this, click on the "subscribe here!" icon below. You can sign up for one route, all routes, or several different routes, and any information pertaining to your service will be sent to you via e-mail.
