Filming at CATS
For your safety, please always contact CATS Media Line prior to filming on or near a rail station platform or bus stop.
Use this form to submit your request and provide as much detailed information as possible: Public Records Request form. If you are a member of the media, please also contact a CATS Public Relations representative.
CATS strives to stay on schedule but there are times when service disruptions may occur due to inclement weather, road construction or track work.
When those service impacts occur, we will activate our web alert system informing you of any service delays and post regular updates regarding CATS services.
We encourage you to subscribe to our Rider’s Alert service. To do this, click on the "subscribe here!" icon below. You can sign up for one route, all routes, or several different routes, and any information pertaining to your service will be sent to you via e-mail.
You can also call CATS at
704.336.7433. Our automated phone system is available 24 hours a day and this system is also a source of information during service disruptions and inclement weather.
