What does this mean?
You will be able to log and earn rewards for your alternative commutes; however, it will be on a new platform and app. Don't worry though – all your data, trips logged and account information will be switched over automatically to the new system. So, you or your network will be able to see the completed statistics from your lifetime involved with Way2Go CLT under the Share The Ride NC platform.
What do you need to do:
- Be on the lookout for updates and tutorials about the new system. We want to ensure the transition is smooth and that users understand the new platform before the completed transition.
- Download the new app by January 1, 2020. The new app is called RideShark Ridesharing App and will be the new mobile platform that you will use.
