CATS is looking for dynamic people to join Team Charlotte. Several Charlotte Area Transit System positions are eligible for a
$2,000 recruitment sign-on bonus* through the department's Recruitment Incentive Program**. Incentives are paid in two equal installments based on the following criteria:

First installment of $1,000 will be paid once you are hired by CATS and complete your first full week of employment

Second installment of $1,000 will be paid once you complete six months of employment within the specified job class with successful completion of your 90-day probationary period (performance must be satisfactory)
