Pay Online

  1. One Time Payment
    Make a one - time KUBRA EZ-PAY payment using your bank account, ATM, Debit Card, Mastercard, Visa, or Diners card. A $1.10 fee is charged by KUBRA EZ-PAY per transaction.

  2. Bill Portal Site
    Log in to view your bill, sign up for paperless billing, schedule recurring payments, make a one-time payment using your checking or savings account (if signed up for paperless billing), look up past payment information, and review your water consumption history.

  • Western Union Speedpay
    • A convenience fee of $1.85 is charged by Western Union Speedpay for this service.

Schedule Future Payments

  • Bank Draft Initial set up will take four to six weeks. We will confirm your participation and notify you when your Bank Draft payments will begin.

  • Make a one-time KUBRA EZ-PAY payment using your bank account, ATM, Debit Card, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or Diners card. 

  • A $1.10 fee is charged by KUBRA EZ-PAY per transaction up to $999.99 within 26 days

  • For payments totaling more than $999.99 within 26 days, a $55.00 convenience fee will be charged by KUBRA EZ-PAY

  1. Authorized Payment locations including CVS, 7-11, Family Dollar, Walmart, and Walgreens

    2. Visit KUBRA EZ-PAY to find an authorized payment location near you and to get the KUBRA EZ-PAY barcode that you can download to your phone or print out.

    • Please have your account number ready and zip code ready.

    • Each barcode is specific to each payment location and reusable. 

    • Only payments made to Authorized Payment Locations are posted the same day (if payment is made before 5 pm Sun-Fri)

    • A $1.49 fee is charged by KUBRA EZ-PAY per transaction. 

  2. Government Service Center
