The Neighborhood Leadership Academy (NLA) is a free, 5-week, 10-course program designed for individuals serving on the board of a neighborhood-based organization. This program provides foundational leadership education to support organizations that may need formal training. Through comprehensive, hands-on learning, participants will acquire the skills necessary to become more effective leaders, better equipped to navigate challenges, foster community engagement, and achieve organizational goals.

NLA emphasizes leadership development, organizational stability, and sustainability, providing valuable information, resources, and practical strategies that can be immediately applied to support neighborhood growth and success. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with other neighborhood leaders, fostering collaboration and shared learning.

By the end of the program, participants will have developed the leadership capacity needed to create lasting change and contribute to the ongoing success of their neighborhoods. Dinner will be provided at each session.
