Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services is a joint municipal/county stormwater utility that includes the City of Charlotte, the surrounding towns of Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Matthews, Mint Hill and Pineville and Mecklenburg County.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services designs and constructs projects that make a difference in the lives of residents across the city and throughout Mecklenburg County. Our community benefits when stormwater quickly drains off roads, flood risks to homes are reduced and the health of local streams are protected or improved.
