​Overview

The Magnolia/Winthrop Storm Drainage Improvement Project is bordered by Magnolia Avenue to the north, Ideal Way to the south, Dairy Branch to the east and Iverson Way to the west.

The need for this project was identified through citizen reported drainage requests including road flooding.

The purpose of the project will be to evaluate the existing drainage system to determine needed improvements or repairs to reduce flooding of streets and/or to repair failing infrastructure.

*includes all costs associated with this project such as planning and design, utility relocation, consultant fees, permits, construction, and landscaping.
