​Staff is developing detailed drawings for the proposed improvements, including replacement of the existing culverts at Cedarbrook Drive, Denbur Drive and East Lake Road. View the April mailer for more information.

Overview

​This project involves analysis of existing conditions to determine portions of the storm drainage system suitable for improvement, planning analysis of improvement alternatives and the design and construction of the needed improvements.​

The Elvis Storm Drainage Improvement Project is bordered by Elvis Drive to the north, Cedarbrook Drive to the west and Eastlake Road to the east.  This project is within a drainage area of approximately 640 acres and the improvements may include culvert replacements, pipe system upgrades at Cedarbrook Drive and Denbur Drive​  as well as channel improvements.  ​

*includes all costs associated with this project such as planning and design, utility relocation, consultant fees, permits, construction, and landscaping.

The project team will manage the project through several phases. Specific work is conducted during each phase and public involvement is emphasized throughout the process. Learn more about project phases.
