​Additional survey information is needed to continue the design of proposed improvements. The survey work is scheduled to begin late January and take about two months to complete. View the December mailer for more information.


​Construction to replace the culvert on Rosecrest Drive will begin this month. View the February mailer for more information.


The Edgewater/Rosecrest Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 485 acres, the project will replace and/or rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity.

*includes all costs associated with this project such as planning and design, utility relocation, consultant fees, permits, construction, and landscaping.

The project team will manage the project through several phases. Specific work is conducted during each phase and public involvement is emphasized throughout the process. Learn more about project phases.
