Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and ESP Associates have acquired all the easements needed for construction. The project team is working on finalizing the design plans.
The real estate acquisition phase is complete, and the bid phase will begin soon. During this phase, the final plans will be circulated to qualified contractors for a competitive bidding process. Once City Council awards the contract, construction will be scheduled.
