The 311 Call Center will be closed on Wednesday Dec. 25 and Thursday Dec. 26. It will reopen on Friday, Dec. 27, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Severn/Tyndale Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 115 acres, the project will replace and/or rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide improved drainage system capacity. The project area is bordered by Sulkirk Road to the north, Chandworth Road to the south, Champaign Street to the east and Rhodes Avenue to the west.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and D&A Wolverine have acquired most of the easements needed for construction. The project will replace and rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide improved drainage system capacity. The project team is working on finalizing the design plans.
