Overview

The Chandworth Storm Drainage Improvement Project will replace aging infrastructure plus reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. The project is located within a drainage area of approximately 200 acres. The project area is bordered by Sulkirk Road to the north, Ashton Drive and Riverbend Road to the south, Tyndale Avenue and Rhodes Avenue to the east and Park Road to the west.

Project Updates

December 2023

Construction of the Chandworth Storm Drainage Improvement Project is complete. Storm Water Services will continue to monitor the project during the next 12 months as part of the warranty phase. The construction inspector will conduct 6- and 11-month inspections during the warranty period. If needed, the contractor will return to the site to make repairs.

*includes all costs associated with this project such as planning and design, utility relocation, consultant fees, permits, construction, and landscaping.
