Prevent Water Pollution with Stormy

Meet Stormy! His job is educating the people of Mecklenburg County on how to prevent water pollution in order to maintain healthy local waterways, and this guy loves his job. For example, he’d be quick to tell you that anything on the ground can be picked up by stormwater, enter our storm drains and end up in our waterways, which can be bad news for us and our aquatic habitats and life. Read below for Stormy’s tips for reducing and reporting pollution! It makes a difference in our communities, and it starts with you!
