Oakdale farm-to-market project areaThis project will identify roadway infrastructure needs and deficiencies, recommend improvements that accommodate all modes of transportation and develop a project design concept that supports existing and proposed land uses. 

The goal of this project is to make improvements to Oakdale Road from Old Plank Drive to Dale Avenue. Public input has been an integral part of this process. 

A thorough review and analysis of existing conditions compared to current and future land uses and transportation needs will be conducted. Current and anticipated deficiencies will be identified in order to determine what improvements are needed to best serve the community. 

Proposed improvements include bicycle lanes, sidewalks, planting strips, landscaping, curb and gutter, storm drainage infrastructure, parallel parking, medians, signalization and crosswalks.​

To make improvements to Oakdale Road from Old Plank Road to Dale Avenue to better serve the community and all roadway users, including residents, businesses, motorists, pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users and commuters.
