Pavement milling of Scaleybark Road from Woodlawn Road to South Boulevard, and including the intersection with Woodlawn Road, is complete. Resurfacing is underway and will be completed by December 9, 2016. Permanent thermoplastic pavement markings may be installed this year if temperatures and weather permit. Otherwise, temporary markings will be installed this year and permanent markings will be installed in the spring of 2017. The pavement markings will include bike lanes, buffer areas and on-street parking in designated areas.
This transportation project will provide traffic calming features to Scaleybark Road between Conway Avenue and East Woodlawn Road. It will also change the westbound approach to the Scaleybark leg of the Woodlawn Road intersection.
