"My experience with the MYEP youth program, has been nothing but great. I was introduced to the program about 8 years ago. I was so impressed with the program, that I teamed up with wonderful staff members that lead the program. They helped me get involved and to create an apprenticeship program for mechanics here at Charlotte Area Transit. I have had success in recruiting mechanics because of the program. Dawn and her team are a great partner with me and my team. I know our relationship with the MYEP program has set the city of Charlotte future in a great place. "
