EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT FUNDING AVAILABILITY

This serves as official notice that City of Charlotte Housing & Neighborhood Services is soliciting for projects that serve homeless individuals and families with children.  Funds available are the City's Emergency Solutions Grants funds. Eligible housing must be permanent housing with the understanding that supportive programs are intended to improve residents' quality of life.

 

This RFP provides a streamlined process for HNS to review applications and award funding to organizations most qualified to address the target population's needs. 

 

Below are the documents outlining the application process (including date & time for application information session) and forms required to be submitted. All potential applicants are encouraged to check back frequently as any additional forms required will be posted her as they are available.

Request for Letter of Interest

Emergency Solution Grant Funds

Due Friday, April 5, 2019

 

The City of Charlotte Housing & Neighborhood Services anticipates receiving Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds directly from the Housing and Urban Development Departments this Spring to fund eligible activities beginning July 1, 2019.

This announcement serves as the opportunity for agencies to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) for funding through the ESG funding Competition. Information about ESG activities and requirements can be found at HUD Exchange, Emergency Solutions Grant Program. (www.hudexchange.info/esg/)
