Little Free Libraries
Neighborhood Matching Grants has partnered with the
Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Foundation Friends Council to bring Free Little Libraries to Charlotte neighborhoods.
What is a Little Free Library?
A
Little Free Library is a way to create strong communities by connecting neighbors through free grass-roots book exchanges. People walking, biking or driving by your Little Free Library can take a book (or two) and return or replace it with a book of their own. The
Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Foundation Friends Council supports the initiative through book donations.
How can I get a Little Free Library in my neighborhood?
