Cross Charlotte Trail Segment 07: East Craighead to North Tryon

Announcement

August 21, 2024 - This project is now in the construction phase. Construction activities will commence over the next year. The inspector will visit the site daily. The project team will continue to coordinate with private development projects within the project area.

Project Overview

This project will extend the Cross Charlotte Trail main alignment from East Craighead Road to North Tryon Street, with additional connectors to the surrounding area. This segment is currently under study to determine a recommended alignment and trail dimensions, as well as recommended amenities.
