The 311 Call Center will be closed on Wednesday Dec. 25 and Thursday Dec. 26. It will reopen on Friday, Dec. 27, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
NOTE: CTAC meeting date and time will be the second Tuesday of each month from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Nominations are currently closed for the Crown Tree Awards, which celebrate Charlotte’s amazing urban forest and the citizens who preserve, grow and advocate for it.
Members of the Charlotte Tree Advisory Commission announced the 2024 winners at the April business meeting on Tuesday, April 9. Categories included Mayor’s Tree of the Year, Spirit of the Tree, Corporate Friend of the Urban Forest, and Proud Partner of the Canopy. Winners received a beautiful, locally sourced wood plaque and certificate.
