The City of Charlotte requires professional security guard services at the CMGC (Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center), Old City Hall, Belmont Center and CMPD HQ. Hours and number of positions vary with each location.
Pre-Bid Details

Location: A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference for the purpose of reviewing the RFP and answering questions regarding the Services will be held on April 25, 2023, at 12:30 p.m., at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center (CMGC), 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202, Room CH-14 (basement) Conference Room Name. The conference will be followed by a Non-Mandatory Site Visit from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm. While attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory, all interested Service Provider(s) are encouraged to participate.
