City of Charlotte seeks a firm that will design, develop, and implement a strategic advertising and public relations campaign to promote to maintain and protect the Charlotte's tree canopy, to educate citizens about the benefits that urban forests provides, to expand outreach efforts throughout the communities, to develop marketing and promotion strategies that increase profile/brand awareness of “City of Trees”, to identify target communities for marketing and public relations outreach, and to network with partners and local advocates to advance our efforts in urban forestry for Charlotte’s City of Trees. This RFP will provide marketing and communications services for a period of three (3) years.
